I just think you are one of the best people around, and I really really mean that. I love this post, I love all your posts, you bring me smiles and joy and make me think (now, I don't necessary like "thinking" because that usually gets me in trouble, but in this case, I am so completely grateful to know you.) You are a dear friend, even though we've never met. I have a feeling if we met - we'd get in lots of trouble together. :) :) :)

When I was a kid, I read a short story from a religious book. Well, in it, the kid is dying (great book for a kid...aaack!)...and he is in so much pain, he just wants to "go be with God".

His friend tells him if he sleeps with his elbow on the mattress, hand pointed up toward the ceiling, God will come for him.

Do you know how many months I worried that I was ACCIDENTALLY sleeping with my hand in the air???!!!
